Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.  We treat conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinsons, stroke, Huntington's, epilepsy & seizure disorder,  ALS,  neuropathy, stroke migraines, trigeminal Neuralgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, aneurysms, spasticity, tremors, migraines and many more.

EEG testing

An electroencephalogram (EEG) is a test used to find problems related to electrical activity of the brain. An EEG tracks and records brain wave patterns. Small metal discs with thin wires (electrodes) are placed on the scalp, and then send signals to a computer to record the results.

NCV testing

A nerve conduction velocity test (NCV) is an electrical test that is used to determine the adequacy of the conduction of the nerve impulse as it courses down a nerve. This test is used to detect signs of nerve injury.

EMG testing

Electromyography (EMG) measures muscle response or electrical activity in response to a nerve's stimulation of the muscle. The test is used to help detect neuromuscular abnormalities. During the test, one or more small needles (also called electrodes) are inserted through the skin into the muscle.

Neuropsych testing

Neuropsychological testing is a computerized test specifically designed to measure a psychological function. Using a variety of tests which map patient capabilities and results across seven cognitive areas:

Evoked Potentials

Evoked potential tests can evaluate a person's responses to sensory stimulation. The nervous system connects the body through a series of cells that communicate with electrical signals. When the body receives stimulation, electrical signals pass through the nervous system to the brain.

Botox injections

Botox is injected around pain fibers that are involved in headaches. Botox enters the nerve endings around where it is injected and blocks the release of chemicals involved in pain transmission.   Botox prevents migraine headaches before they start, but takes time to work.

Occipital Nerve Block

Your doctor injects small amounts of a numbing medicine such as lidocaine or bupivacaine into the base of the skull to block pain signals from the nerves. Pain may be relieved within a few minutes, and the effects of the procedure can last weeks to months.
